She knows the small, private routines of a residence — how a thermostat is set, how a door catches in the cold, which deliveries are expected on which mornings, which plants take the morning light. She notices things because she has spent years noticing them in her own home.

I'm a homeowner myself, splitting my time between Vancouver and Edmonton, and I bring the same care to a property I ste that I do to my own. I work remotely on a flexible schedule, have no young children to work around, and I'm a non-smoker with my own vehicle.
