Yes. Live-in presence is the core of the service. Rather than periodic drive-by checks, your home is continuously occupied, maintained, and quietly cared for throughout your absence.
Engagements typically range from one week to several months. Longer seasonal assignments — including winter stays for snowbird clients and extended summer travel — are welcomed and often arranged well in advance.
You are contacted promptly, clearly, and with the relevant details. Where appropriate, approved contractors are coordinated on your behalf. Nothing significant is decided without your involvement.
Regular written and photographic updates are provided on a rhythm that suits you — typically weekly, with additional communication whenever a matter warrants your attention.
Gentle in-home companionship for resident pets may be arranged as an optional addition to the primary stewardship. This is discussed individually during consultation.
Yes. Mail is gathered, packages received, and scheduled deliveries accepted throughout your absence — organized and safely stored for your return.
Yes. Approved cleaners, tradespeople, and service providers may be given access according to your instructions, with the home overseen throughout their visit.
